Terms and Conditions for the Gertruds Univers Webshop and Online Purchases

Here you will find the terms and conditions for online purchases of face painting products and eco glitter, Ecosparkles. We have tried to make them as clear and easy to understand as possible. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us.

2. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) or Euros (EUR) and include VAT and applicable taxes. Any delivery costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices, but naturally the price shown at the time of ordering will apply.
3. Ordering and Payment
When you order products through the website, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement becomes binding once the order confirmation has been sent.
Payment is made using the payment methods available on the website. The amount will only be charged when your order has been shipped, unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery
We deliver throughout Denmark. If you wish to place an order and live in the EU or another country, please contact magi@gertrudsunivers.dk
Products are shipped with DAO or GLS, and you can choose between parcel shop delivery or home delivery when placing your order. Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and will be displayed at checkout.
The risk of the product passes to you once the package has been delivered.
5. Right of Withdrawal
When shopping online with us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you, receive the product.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must clearly notify us by email within the 14-day period.
5.1 Returns
Returns can only be made after prior contact via email at magi@gertrudsunivers.dk
In your email, please provide:
– Which products you wish to return
– The reason for the return
The return must be approved by Gertruds Univers before the product is sent back..
For hygiene and health reasons, face paints and eco glitter can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received.If the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
You are responsible for the shipping costs related to returns.
The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
6. Refunds
Once we have received your withdrawal notice, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible and no later than 14 days afterward.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or documentation proving that the product has been shipped back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
7. Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding complaints. This means that you have a 24-month right to complain if the product has defects or faults.
You must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be considered timely.
In the case of an approved complaint, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
8. Personal Data
We process your personal data with respect and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
Your information is used solely for processing your order and is only shared with partners when necessary (for example shipping providers).
9. Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, we would very much like to hear from you so we can find a solution. Please contact us by email.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements entered into with Gertruds Univers are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
